Each and every item that we sell is covered by a DOA warranty (unless the auction description states “SOLD AS IS”).
DOA (dead on arrival) warranty gives you 7 days (from the delivery moment) to notify us at [email protected] if the item is not working or is misrepresented. You will then receive an authorization to return the item for refund or replacement (depending on availability). All returns must arrive within 30 days of purchase date.
Our return policy covers DOA and misrepresented items only. Buyers are responsible for making sure the part is compatible and meets the actual needs BEFORE purchasing.

Any return sent to us without prior authorization will be subject to 20% restock fee and the initial s&h charge will not be refunded.
All the returns are subject to inspection upon arrival. The refund is granted if inspection confirms your complaint.
Refunds for the items returned with prior authorization will be made in the amount of your full payment (auction price + s&h). Buyer is responsible for return shipping
